"Happened upon this place while driving down the road, and I am so glad I did! While it helps to be familiar with the place and where things are such as annuals, herbs, house plants, where the checkout is located, etc, any questions I had were quickly answered by the two wonderful ladies inside the main greenhouse. The selection was amazing, and even more impressive when I learned that they are independently family owed and grow most all of their plants themselves. The house plants, while not a huge selection, were quite amble and I was able to find 2 different varieties of calocasia that I have not seen anywhere else in town, a variegated hoya kerii, and the most beautiful begonia rex 'fireworks' I have ever seen! The leaves on the begonia were absolutely enormous and all completely perfect. If not the very friendly statf or the huge selection, I would say the best part had to be the prices! They left me wondering how they were even turning a profit on some plants. I will definitely be back. My only negative, which really just depends on how you look at it, is I would love to see even more varieties of house plants, and maybe a better selection of potting soils. I believe they only had one option for soil which I got, but wasn't very thrilled about once I used it. Can't wait to return, and I highly recommend to anyone reading this that you pay them a visit. And this review should mean a lot coming from someone who is adamant about proper customer service and quality of plants as my first job was working at Kitty's plants and produce and I hold my bar high and Preston Greenhouse surpassed it!"
"Mel and his friend owner David was very professional in the knowledge of different kinds of plants and trees. They took the time to show us what was best for our plan of planting flowers back home. I would highly recommend anybody who wants to upgrade their flower bed or line of trees it’s a great experience"
